To access certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
4. Seller Terms
If you sell prompts on our platform, you agree to:
- Own or have rights to all content you sell
- Provide accurate descriptions of your prompts
- Not engage in fraudulent or misleading practices
- Pay applicable platform fees (10% commission on sales)
5. Buyer Terms
When purchasing prompts, you agree to:
- Use purchased prompts for personal or business use only
- Not redistribute or resell purchased prompts
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Provide honest reviews based on your experience
6. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Due to the digital nature of prompts:
- Sales are generally final once a prompt is downloaded
- Refunds may be issued at our discretion for defective or misrepresented products
- Sellers receive payouts via Stripe Connect
7. Prohibited Content
You may not sell or distribute prompts that:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Contain harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Promote illegal activities
8. Limitation of Liability
Mark-t.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
